Handy Patients Enterprise is a next generation Electronic medical record. It is first and foremost aimed at general practitioners, specialist doctors, nurses and therapists working in medical offices, clinics or hospitals.

All the information displayed can be personalized either by our support services or directly by the user. In this way, the software can adapt to all medical specialties and to the specificities of doctors, nurses or therapists. It also manages both invoicing and administration.

With regard to the security of the EMR, all data is stored in a Microsoft SQL Server database enabling both a reliable and optimal performance. It is also possible to define several levels of access in order to limit users to only their specific tasks.

Handy Patients displays dynamic summaries of your patients, providing you with only the necessary information that you have chosen. The information on these summaries can be modified directly.

Swiss clients will enjoy the specificities linked to the invoicing system through the TARMED tool. Invoicing can be managed completely automatically from the medical office. Invoices with BVR and copies for the insurance can be printed at the medical office. The management of outstanding payments and follow ups can also be automated according to your instructions.

Alternatively, invoicing can be done through an invoicing center by automatically sending electronic invoices (XML files).

A pre-invoicing can also be done by Handy Patients to provide the doctor with information in a summarized and structured manner, which he will need to send an invoice using a third party software.

The linking to a trust center is available.

The invoicing tool is highly optimized. Thus at the end of the consultation, it takes only between 2 and 5 clicks (under 5 seconds), on an average to key in the services to be invoiced.

 

Demonstrations

We offer demonstrations at our laboratory. The laboratory is a fully computerized and modern medical office.

This structure allows the presence of all events chain that manages the patient right from the telephone call requesting an appointment to patient ID recording, consultation with doctor, prescription printing, invoicing, writing letter to the specialist, documents scanning etc.
