During the installation phase, several course sessions on the software will be given in order to enable you to adapt quickly.

You have the choice between allowing all your colleagues to attend this course or sending one person to the course who will then provide efficient training to your other colleagues.

Thereafter, and depending on your needs, additional courses can be organized that will enable you to understand the more advanced functions of the software and adapt it yourself and your requirements.

These courses are given by one of our technicians either at your medical office or remotely.

This training includes not only learning how to use the software but also allows you to inform our team about modifications that you would like to bring about in order to adapt the software to your needs. It could be modification of standard documents, forms, lists of text shortcuts, drug lists and much more.
